Disclaimer

Bergen Limo cannot guarantee an appointment or the availability of vehicles if a client plans to make a reservation for less than 12 hours in advance or on the same day as the day of their departure. We urge the customers to contact us via text or phone to confirm availability. We do not take responsibility for any customer harm due to Bergen Limo’s inability to complete any transportation service by the contract. In such instances, the customer’s damages will be limited to the value of the ticket purchased from us. Furthermore, Bergen Limo is not responsible for items left by the customer in or out of the vehicle. Call us immediately if you’ve misplaced anything inside the car. We will be happy to help you locate it. The customer assumes all responsibility for any harm to the vehicle caused by them, or their guests, regardless of whether they caused it deliberately or not.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted. Contact us at our number by phone or text to inform us of any cancellations. You can also contact us via email.

However, a cancellation fee will be added to your credit card when the trip isn’t canceled within the specified period. Customers must notify our customer service representatives about any cancellation at least three hours before the time of pickup and at least 6 hours before any pickups from areas around so that they can avoid cancellation fees.

NO SHOW

We cannot be held accountable if you miss, cancel, or change the route of passenger trains or flights. Suppose you do not inform us about any delays or cancellations, or we cannot make any contact with the designated contact person, even after waiting 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. In that case, the ride will be deemed not-showed and removed. So make sure that you arrive on time at the scheduled pickup point or inform us immediately of any change to your Bergen Limo booking. It could result in a no-show fee equal to the trip’s entire cost and additional charges.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

When making payments using a credit card, customers must provide their credit card details in advance for pre-approval. This will help prevent fraud; however, it is not your journey’s primary payment method. When you make a reservation using either a debit or credit card, a first charge that is 150% of the cost of the reservation is charged on the card to guarantee the estimated amount, including fees for the trip, tolls, parking, gratuity, and additional stops, and an additional charge for off-hours or time. The balance amount is released once the total fare is calculated for the rendered New Jersey Limo Service.

LUGGAGE POLICY

Bergen Limo’s luxury sedans can accommodate up to 4 adults with three standard-sized bags, and our SUV can accommodate six passengers with six standard-sized suitcases. At the time of booking, the client agrees to the maximum passenger capacity and is responsible for ensuring it is not exceeded. Bergen Limo reserves the right to cancel the trip without reimbursement if the client does not comply with the limits.

PRIVACY POLICY

Bergen Limo takes precautions to protect and preserve the privacy of its customers. All information about the customer registered with us is only used for reservations and billing purposes, and it isn’t transferred, sold, or traded to any third party. We employ the most secure encryption for payment gateways, ensuring that our customers enjoy a safe and secure online transaction. This lets us provide the most secure Limo Service NJ.
